The
Clubhouse
Our clubhouse is a great place for residents to relax, exercise, prepare a gourmet meal, or enjoy a cup of espresso. Our onsite food service company will provide beverages and food items to our residents. For those with the culinary bug, who need more advanced equipment than provided in each unit, the clubhouse has a gourmet commercial kitchen exclusive to residents. With multiple burners and cooktops, what could be more fun than preparing a meal with your fellow Cottage residents?
The
Luxury Pool
When we set out to build Northwest Louisiana’s finest outdoor pool and recreation area, we first had to find an award winning pool and landscape designer. Jeffrey Carbo, principal of Carbo Landscape Design fit the bill. Our one-of-a-kind outdoor pool and entertainment area are complete with wading deck, party deck, and outdoor kitchen. Residents and guests can lay poolside to catch some rays while cooking at the state-of-the-art kitchen.
Parking
Each resident will have access to a single parking spot. Ample bike racks will be provided throughout the complex.
On-Site Staff
On-site management will reside at Cottage in order to assist residents with their needs. A staff member will be on call 24 hours.
Security
Our residents security is our #1 priority. The Cottage is gated and is under 24 hour security camera surveillance.
